An error 1212 refers to a problem with a dictionary file(s). It sounds like the install didn't go as planned and that one or more of the required dictionary files didn't get updated/created properly.
Look in the \Softrak\dict folder on the server for the @L90AI and @L90AR.ssi files. Are they there? What are the dates of these files? They should be 3/06/2008, are they? If the answer to either of these questions is 'no', you need to reinstall the upgrade.
Make sure that you are installing from a workstation that is connected to the server via a LAN.
