A client has updated thier Adagio modules to the latest level.

They had 20 user licenses. It now indicates they only have 15.

Any idea what they could have missed ?

Installing one of their 9.0A Lanpaks?

The problem likely stems for the fact that you have 3 individual lanpaks to install; 1x 10 unit and 2x 5 unit for a total of 20. If you know only have 15 after installing the upgrade then you failed to install both of the 5 unit lanpaks (each has their own serial number and install code).

Run x:\softrak\system\chksys.exe when it finishes checking select the button to review installed Lanpaks. Likley you will see 5x v8.1 and 15x v9.0 (as per your problme description).

You need to install the missing lanpak.
