Updated this client to 9.0A two weeks ago. Yesterday they attempted to load the Financial reporter for the first time since the update and was unable to do so.

I connected to their system earlier today. Entered Ledger and ran Financial Reporter. It opens to the worksheet sheet, and @ the bottom displays message "Loading GL Data", but system just hangs. To exit you have to perform a windows interrupt....

Any suggestions??

Hi PwC,

The data file GLATREE.dat may be damaged. This file contains the list of available field codes for finanical reporting (ie .M or .BAL and so on). It does not contain any financial data. Have everyone exit Adagio and then rename this data file in their data directory (ie change the file extension). When you next start Adagio Ledger and then the Financial Reporter, this file will be re-created.

We have heard of this in a couple of instances and this was the solution.
