WE HAVE A FAX STUCK IN OUR FAX QUEUE. WE HAVE TRIED TO DELETE/SEND/PRINT/CLEAR BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT JUST STAYS THERE. WE THINK THERE IS A CORRUPT FILE THAT NEEDS TO BE DELETED SO WE CAN START OVER AND BEGIN TO ADD TO THE QUEUE AGAIN AND RESEND. CAN YOU HELP US. IS THERE A PARTICULAR FILE WE CAN DELETE TO FIX THIS????

If you cannot clear or delete all faxes from the queue screen, you could attempt to do this manually by renaming (safer than deleting outright) the 2 files QIFAXQ'1.xxx and QIFAXQ'R.xxx in your data directory (where xxx is your data extension). You should also remove any files contained in the \Softfax subdirectory underneath your data directory.

Make sure that nobody has Adagio programs open when doing this.

When you next open an Adagio program that supports faxing, these 2 files will be recreated. When you are sure that nothing adverse has happened, you can then safely delete the 2 files you had previously renamed.
