I am using version 9.0A (080402) in the GL. I need to archive an unposted GL batch and when I try to copy and move the batch I keep getting error messages as follows: "Error adding record to batch control file, record already exists" and "Error writing to the batch --". The batch does not show in the Archive listing. When we did our year closing for Dec. 31, I had a lot of batches that were archived but didn't have any problem moving them. At this point I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Have you run a data integrity check? Make sure everyone is out of Adagio, do a backup and run a DIC. If there are errors, see if the Rebuild button becomes active. If it does correct errors, please run it repeat the DIC (and Rebuild if necessary).

We ran a data integrity check. No errors showed up and the rebuild button does not become active. However when we look at the daily integrity check for the whole system, it shows a rebuild has happened.
