I am trying to unpost a batch that I just posted in the GL and the option is not available when I go into Post. It's there but grey, so that I can't access it. I already checked in the Company Profile, and the 'allow unpost/reverse batch' is checked off.

If a menu option in Adagio is disabled (dimmed), then normally you don't have security permission to access the function.

Well, we'd thought of that possibility and went in as the administrator and there was no difference. The option remained dimmed. It's just the two of us who work with the program.

Log in as the administrator and select File | Security Group Setup and make sure that the menu choices are enabled for each user.
