Hi Michael,
The 3 files that you listed are not installed by Quik Reports for Windows. What this sounds like is that you have another program that uses the Crystal Reports print engine and that has over-written something that Quik Reports for Windows uses. I'm assuming that you re-installed QRWin on your local drive, to the C:\qrw directory.
C:\Windows\system could contain the file p2irdao.dll, which would be a 32-bit equivalent of the file, installed by a 32-bit version of Crystal Reports (version 5.0 or higher).
Basically, if creating a new report gives you error messages similar to these, something in the installation did not occur correctly. Make sure that the icon you use to run Quik Reports for Windows is in C:\qrw\crw.exe. Determine that the file accpac.ssi exists in the \qrw directory. Also, check that the crpe.dll file in the C:\windows\system directory has a file date of 10/2/1995 and a version of 4.0.1.5. If it is not, then another program has overwritten it, and re-installing Quik Reports for Windows would not put it back, due to the older file date. Rename the crpe.dll file you have, then reinstall Quik Reports for Windows.
Regards,
