Hi Leslie,
In Softrak Sales Analysis, there is a maximum of 100 extraction rules and 100 sort sequences that can be defined. The reason for this is due to the error message you are getting. The srsk.... file is a temporary file that is used in printing reports. The '32' would be in reference to the 32nd sort sequence in the list (or perhaps extraction rule, I can't remember which is which). The reason for the ** is that an extraction rule (or sort sequence) greater than 100th on the list is being used. Because 100 is a 3-digit number, it cannot fit into the temporary file name, thus the error being returned.
The solution is to delete any unnecessary or old sort sequences and/or extraction rules so that there are less that 100 of each. This will allow your report to print successfully using any sort or extraction.
