Hello Lawrence,

The integrity check is just complaining that when it counts the actual items on order (in OrderEntry) for location 1, it finds 28 of them, while Inventory only shows 26 on order at that location.

This is not a particularly severe problem.

Make a backup of your data (File | Backup | All modules), then re-run the integroty check. When it finishes, click Rebuild and run the integrity check again. Continue this process until the check completes without errors.

Then, go and check the actual "on hand" counts for item 4000/PC and make sure that everything looks "OK".

We don't use any of the inventory functions. How would this error manifest itself?

Hi Dan,

Are you using OrderEntry with a price list (no Adagio Inventory)? If so, then the quantity on order at a particular location is stored in the price list file.

Have you seen this error before? How often do you run the integrit check?

Yes we us OE without Inventory. First time we have seen this error. We run integrity checks each afternoon.

Hello Dan,

My guess is that one of the workstations stopped working while editing or working on an invoice that included that item.

As I said, it's not a big issue.
