Can I have a 2 part form that has 1 part faxed and 1 part printed automatically or does it take 2 prints?

You need to look at PrintBoss if you want to re-direct different copies to different locations/methods, and if what you wish to do is even possible. Adagio on its own definitely cannot do this.
