Please help,
Since we upgraded to OE 8.1A from 8.0A, when we print the invoice for the customer, the backorder items do not show on the invoice anymore, it only shows the item that shipped. Does anyone know why? Please let me know.

Hi Tania,
Check the Company Profile in OrderEntry. There is an option on the second screen to 'suppress zero quantity shipped' when printing documents. Perhaps this is selected for you when you don't want it to be. All you have to do is un-check this box.
