The error comes up "Could Not Initialize TDeviceMode Structure" on entering batches to print and post in AR and AP. Can anyone advise please.

Do you have a printer installed on this computer? Can you print the batches in the sample data?

I have a client with this same issue. I will be talking with her tomorrow or Friday. Aside from checking for a printer, what else do I need to look for?
