Good Morning:
I have updated my lanpacks and should be allowed 2 users. There will be 2 computers in Adagio and the batches will come up access denied - already in use. And yet noone else is in the batch or even in that module! Any suggestions?

Hi, Kim,

What module are you using when you receive this message and what is its version(dates)? You can find this information by selecting Help from the main menu and then About.

Hi
This last time we were in Receivables which is version 8.1A(070920). It has happened before in Ledgers but that was before I installed the upgrades.

Next time it happens, in Adagio check under Help Active Users and that will tell you how many users Adagio think you have using the system and who they are. It is usefull to have people sign on using their own name and not Admin as knowing there are 6 Admins in the system is not as helpful as Mike,Wayne, Bill, Jim, Sue and Wayne. With the name you know who to talk to.
