Our company previously used AccPac. Near the end of each year we printed out customer labels (Customer Number, Name, Address, City, State, Zip) for all customers in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable on a dot matrix printer. These labels were stuck on new file folders for the upcoming year.

We upgraded to Adagio and this is the first time I have had to run off labels and I can’t figure out how to do it. We now have all laser printers and I would like to use laser labels (i.e. Avery # 5960 – 1” x 2-5/8” laser labels).

Can someone get me started in the right direction? Do I have to export information to Excel or is there an internal way to run them in Adagio.

Thanks,

Ken

Hi Ken,

There is no internal 'print labels' function within Adagio.

You can export customers from Adagio Receivables (and vendors from Adagio Payables) to an Excel file, then use Word to MailMerge a labels document with Avery labels. Make sure that when exporting to Excel, you select all the fields you want.

If you need to select only some customers (such as only active customers), you can use the SmartFinder to export to Excel, selecting only those customers that meet criteria. Use the Column Editor on this grid to select the fields you want to export.
