We use Adagio AR and Invoices.
As of the end of October 31 a few invoice batches have gone missing.
The last invoice batch for Oct. was 118. The November batches start at 121.
In October the cash batches went from 102 to 104,106,107,etc. Batches 103 and 105 went missing.
None of these batches show up in the Batch Status listings. No deleted batchs show up in the summary at the bottom.

We did a data integrity check and there are no errors. We have rebooted our computers several times and still we are not sure where the batches went.
Has anyone lost batches in this way? Should we be worried about our data?

If you have orphaned batch records then the batch numbers they represent are skipped.

Look for the following files in your data directory;
ARC####?.DAT (Cash batch)
ARI####?.DAT (AR Invoice batch)
QIB####?.DAT (Invoices invoice batch)

For example ARC0103H.DAT and ARC0103D.DAT would be cash batch 103. If you have files that have older dates then you have found he cause.

Verify that the batch status report does not show these as being open and you can safelt delete them. Make sure you have a backup first.
