When making up a SA online inquiry, I am trying to produce an amount for last year to date. When doing so, i select fiscal year (july to june) and year to date. Then i set the interval to one years ago. It comes up with starting date of 7/1/05 and ending date of 11/6/06 (today) which is not correct. The fiscal year period it should generate is 7/1/06 to 11/1/06. Any ideas?

Check the selection criteria for all of your amount fields. Do they all have the same date range? If not, this will skew the results.

It is only one field. I found this while building the report, and had no other amounts being displayed. If you select fiscal year (ours is july to june) when you pick ytd for interval one year ago it gives 2 fiscal years ago. I'm not referring to the data generated, I'm referring to the dates displayed in the starting and ending range.

I was just looking at it a bit closer, and found something interesting. When i tell it to run 10 years ago ytd it generates 07/01/97 thru 11/6/98 which is not correct. This should be 07/01/98 thru 11/6/98

What is the fiscal calendar set to in Ledger? This is the period that Sales Analysis would use to determine fiscal year.

Period one is 7/01/07 - 7/31/07
Period twelve is 06/01/08 - 06/30/08
Everything is set up correctly, but the interval does not work properly. Basically the issue I am seeing is the interval command is not calculating the correct start and end dates when using fiscal year. Let me see if i can take a screen shot to show you what is happening.
