Hello,

I was just wondering if there is any way in Adagio to increase the displayed text size. I searched the help options but wasn't able to locate anything.

I have adjusted actual computer settings but that has not made any difference and one of our clerks is having trouble with the text as she is inputting large volumes.

Thanks a million,
Jenni

Jenni:

The problem is that computer suppliers think that everyone is viewing videos or high-resolution graphics, and so they set the computers to display the most pixes across the screen the monitor will support. Since all text characters are formed by a matrix of a certain number of pixels wide and a certain number high, more pixels on the screen equals smaller text.

On a blank area of the desktop, right-click and select "Properties." Click on the settings tab. Adjust the slider bar under Screen Resolution by moving it left (toward smaller numbers). Click "Apply."

You may have to experiment to find the best balance of resolution and text size for your use.

Also, you might want to try writing "thanks a thousand" instead of "thanks a million". Then it will fit.

(it's a joke, I couldn't resist - Ralph is right on)
