Hello PwC,

Have the client re-install Inventory - they've made a mistake with the drive letters and mapping. This is almost certainly a problem with where the dictionaries are installed. CHKSYS would also identify the problem.

Make sure that the shortcut being used to launch Inventory is actually pointing to the EXE on drive M: - it might be pointing to a local copy.

Today is Canada's Thanksgiving holiday, so Softrak's offices are closed. Technical Support will be back on duty on Tuesday.
