Sorry, we don't have a general list of all error codes and possible solutions and fixes. There are a few error numbers that tend to be specific, and many others that have wide-range reasons for occuring. Here are 2 error numbers that are specific:

Error 1212: Always dictionary-related. An Adagio dictionary file is either missing or not current. Solution typically is to re-install. May need to un-install first in case a bad install was the cause for mis-dated files.

Error 1305: User does not have access to the EZTASKS.LD4 file. Either the file is read-only or inaccessible by the user, or another user is accessing data with Accpac and do not have a Lanpak (which locks the EZTASKS file).

Errors in the 4100s tend to be corrupt data (perhaps caused by invalid workstation settings like Opportunistic locking).

Other than that, the scenario for not only the error # code but also what was being done at the time of the error is important.
