There really is not enough information here to answer your question. Without a copy of your data, including your Financial Spec one can only speculate on what should be done.

Depending on what your I/S looks like and how you used ranges it might just work. There are occasional online training sessions available on the Financial Reporter that would be of benefit. Alternatively, your dealer should be able to help out on setting up and explaining your Financial Reports.

For Expand/Collapse to be active Cell A1 must have .Smartsheet and then the UP ARROW with a Bar on top and the DOWN ARROW with the Bar on top can be used to Expan/Collapse a financial report.
