The email process in Invoices and Statements is great. I would like to request a few future enhancements:

[*]The ability to add additional attachments to an email scheduled to be sent such as a letter, etc. I have figured out how to manage the generated PDF's and add pages to a generated invoice or statement.
[*]In the email setup add the ability to add a CC: to all emails (tracking purposes)
[*]I know this will not get done, but formatted cover sheets. Sometimes text/field alignment is difficult in plain text. It would be great to generate the cover sheet in word and either copy it to the correct format or something.
