Try running a workstation setup for Adagio Ledger on your machine. If only your machine has the problem, then workstation setup is the process for installing required files to your local workstation. When doign this, make sure that you are logged into the workstation as you (not ADMIN) and have appropriate rights to install files and update the Windows registry.
The problem may be something not related to an Adagio component on your workstation. I see that Opportunistic Locking was found, which usually results in problems. When you ran CHKSYS and this was found, it looks like you chose to fix this (which is good). Does CHKSYS show this as being taken care off?
Try that for now.
