Please run the CHKSYS.EXE utility from the \softrak\system directory (where Adagio programs are installed) and it will report if there are any table problems.

Can you print preview the company profile report? This is the 'simplest' report printing test, and if you are not able to do this then there are problems that may need to be rectified by re-installing Adagio Ledger.

- What happens when you try to print preview a report? Do you get an error message? A 'screen flash'? Other results? Not knowing what the incorrect behaviour means we can only guess at potential problems.

- Can other workstations print preview any Ledger reports? This can help narrow down if the program installation is faulty or the problem is particular to a single workstation.

Because other applications can have their reports printed successfully, the workstation likely has appropriate rights and pathing, etc. My initial guess is that the report tables for Adagio Ledger are missing or dated incorrectly from where they are supposed to be, and all other report tables are OK.
