Turns out that no, the data gets corrupted after opening with Adagio Ledger. After replacing with my back up I get the problem described. I have now gone back to ACCPAC GL 7.0 and am working with my backup without a problem. We are manually reconstructing the missing transactions which are the transactions since the Adagio Ledger was installed. But I have multiple companies setup and have the problem with the other one. Wondering if any way that the data can be repaired so that we do not have to go thru manually creating the transactions.

I have deduced that Adagio Ledger changed something in the subledger programs that when I retrieved the GL transactions into a company which had not been converted, the transactions in the ??GLBTCH.DAT files were of the wrong format. The ACCPAC GL did not report problems but the transactions were posted. We could not print posting journals and the transactions did not show up in inquiries. That is what prompted me to run the integrity check.
