2 months ago at client site we moved Adagio to a new server. Everything was re-installed and licenses were re-entered, including both Adagio license and Crystal registration number for Crystal Reports for Adagio.
Now when starting Receivables, a message comes up "Custom Reports were found in O:\softrak\crwin\customrp but cannot be processed because Crystal Reports for Adagio was not registered within 60 days of installation."
When I log in to the server, I can open Crystal Reports and the registration number is there.
What am I missing?
