The problem you are running into may or may not be related to quantities; that's what it happened to be for me. On the data set I have, the specific errors are not listed on the verbose DC log, but either while the Integrity check is being done (and the errors fixed one by one on the screen) or the xxINTERR.dat file. The data for a specific module (ie either IC or IR) is absolutely OK, but when DIC is run with both modules, the quantities in both modules can be compared and found to be different.

This sort of problem could only happen if either there was a problem with posting or a portion of the data was restored improperly (the latter being the case with my test data). When IR and IC is run together, the problem items should be listed in the xxINTERR.dat file for one or the other (but not both) of the modules. You will have to determine the next course of action.
