I've got a sample data set that is exhibiting similar problems. After running both DataCare and the WSM integrity check, I've found that the errors (in my case) are related to the comparison of Quantity on PO amounts in IC and IR, for the IC Quantity by Location file.

If this happens to be the same for you, verify that for specific items (IC inquiry and Quantity by Location), the numbers match compared to IR. Make sure that Day End has been done in both IC and IR.

I've also found that fixing the errors with WSM simply transfers the errors found to IC, and fixing again puts the errors back to IR.
