All service packs have been installed so all programs are running the most current version but the error still occurs. I get the same error when trying to run both the Customer Transactions and the Customer List and Statistics reports... but only when using this particular data set. I've opened this same company using an archived data set and the error still occurs even though I'm certain that the reports worked when the data was archived.

We don't have an Adagio consultant and I'm unable to connect with anyone at Softrak (basically they don't answer the phone and don't return messages). Can anyone offer any help?
