We have a client that is going to start PAD in Receivables. We loaded the Payments Add-On without issue.

Problem, when we went to initiate the setup in the Invoice module and on the System Options tab in the Company Profile the "Pre-authorized-debit file format" option is not available.

We thought it might be security related but tried both the "SYS" user and a non SYS user with full access and still no go.

To double check the add-on loaded correctly we checked the Help-About option and the Payments add-on is listed.

So not sure what is going on.

They are currently running the latest versions and all service packs/hot fixes have been applied.
