There was a Service Pack issued recently - AP9.3B(200221).
I am using the SP and my rate is not disappearing. Do you have the SP installed? If so, would you provide more detail as to the steps you are following? I've just tried a couple of things and my rate is not disappearing. If necessary, I am prompted that the rate will change and what it will change to but the rate doesn't disappear, not when entering the CN in an Invoice nor Adjustment batch.
Let me know please. If there is a problem, we want to resolve it.
