Although compatibility for AP 9.3A (190513) says BankRec 9.2A (170720) should work, I find it curious your consultant did not install the service pack to BankRec 9.2A (181216). Unless there was a specific reason for not installing it.
You will likely have to get your consultant to troubleshoot this as it would be difficult to determine what is going on in your environment. However, unless there is a specific reason, I would first install the service pack to BankRec.
