If we were to install only OE, IC, AR and GV at a site, would the modules all work properly?

The main objective is that my contact wants to enter Work Orders and set up a proper Inventory.
He explains that he often will get a large order for example, for 500,000 units. They then might produce 60,000 units per month and ship & bill this to their customer.
They want to set up Work Orders, and scheduling (“What’s due this month, or this week?)

The prospect does not want to change from using Sage 50 for their accounting and Payables. They are only interested in getting better control of their lite manufacturing.
