Hi,

We have looked at this several years ago because one of our large clients wanted to be able to have the order with the customer details, come up when the call was directed to the order desk staff. They have some 20 to 40 staff taking orders in Order Entry so there are definite time savings with improved efficiency if available.

We are looking at some other options.
