Hello - this is my first post so please let me know if I'm not in the right place.

My question is about PayDirt:
1. Our payroll clerk has checked the setup for the email of pay stubs and there is nowhere in the set up that it indicates a limit on the amount of emails sent in an batch, only that it waits .40 sec between emails. The problem we are having (which wasn't a problem two months ago) is when sending a large batch of direct deposit advices via email we are limited to sending 42 emails at a time successfully. Anything past 42 we get an error message (Failed: Unknown error #30). The emails are left in the que to be re-sent and the next 42 emails will go successfully with the 43rd email again having an error. And so on. We end up having to run the process four times to pay our 130+ staff. Our IT department has said there have been no Office365 updates that would have impacted PayDirt or emailing. Any suggestions? Solution?
