I notice that the IC 8.0B Upgrade along with a number of long awaited features is going to allow the Physical Inventory to be edited by Picking Sequence Order to macth the ability to print the Worksheet in that same order.

This brings me to a point that I have been meaning to raise... Adagio seems to ignore case when doing the sorting in this area whereas Plus did not. The result being that some intricately designed Picking Sequence (PS) coding structures are no longer working having upgraded to Adagio.

I should point out that because the PS field is quite small, I have found it limiting when trying to devise coding schemes. Where necessary I have used case to assist. For example, the code SB45 means Stock room, UPSTAIRS section B, bin 45. Whereas Sb45 means Stock room, downstairs section b, bin 45. The code BB45 means Bond, UPSTAIRIS section B, bin 45 and so on.

My question is: Was there a specific reason for this or would Softrak consider returning this field to its case sensitive state ? pretty please ?
