Essentially, the problem is that the AR Cash posting journal file ARPOSTC.??? has gotten out of synch with the company profile and the expected active and purged posting sequences.

Based on your description - that the 'nothing to print' message appears immediately on trying to open the print Cash PJ function, rather than seeing a posting sequence range and getting nothing to print - then the problem is a non-zero byte ARPOSTC file when the program expects everything had been purged. If this is the case, simply rename the file.

Make a backup of your data before renaming/deleting data files.
