Kate,
I have found that some of the time, particularly when printing large reports to a Word file, the Crystal runtime engine (that is hiding behind many of the Adagio reports) fails to delete its temporary files. This causes subsequent print-to-file jobs to fial.
Search for files beginning with a ~ (tilde) in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp and in c:\windows\temp. Delete them.
The problem seems less prevalent when printing to Excel, so you might find it better to print to an Excel file and then copy that into Word.
The problem seems to be with the Crystal runtime and so I suspect there is little Softrak can do (directly) to solve it.
