Are you saying that the problem only occurs after data is restored?
Further to this, I identified that when a backup is restored (extracted) to a folder the server...a "Ledger data not found" error happens when the dataset is attempted to be opened.
I have seen cases where restored files are read-only, though I'm not certain if that would result in this error message.
BTW: From the limited descriptions available, it sounds like Adagio may have been installed incorrectly.
