I just had a client report this error and removing ICTSHP'I was the solution. They were trying to post adjustments in IC 9.2A 160425, it is a terminal server environment with all adagio access occurring directly on the server, so the network shouldn't be a factor.

Any idea why that file was still there in the first place? I can provide a copy of the data.
