How to recover/repair the existing DI errors ?

BTW:
The problem I have described in original post is happening in the dataset without DI errors/problems

In Edit or View mode , with Previous/Next buttons, with mouse button clicks, with arrow UP/DOWN keys: the rows DO NOT refresh
Previous/Next buttons DO NOT refresh the header record(s) too
