Problems that require a lot of explanation are not always easy to solve on this forum. Some issues are easier to resolve by an Adagio expert actually has their hands on the problem.

So far I'm not even clear on what background color you are referring to, as cheques are not normally printed with a background color out of Adagio. Also, if the preview output is correct but the printer output is not, then it's almost always a printer issue.

You may find that contacting your Adagio consultant will get this issue resolved much faster.
