You can either user control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services or Task Manager | Services tab | Services. In either case, you'll want to Restart the service.

I've encountered this a few times with Win7 and Win10 both. Sometimes, the service needs to be restarted several times and the w/s restarted before it will take.

The cause is not 100% known, although in one case they felt strongly that it occurred after a Windows update. It has only affected a very small percentage of AdagioV2PDF sites. We are looking at it though.

What w/s OS is being run? And, is it Home or Pro?
