Hello,
My client's ePrint has recently stopped working. When she clicks on the ePrint button in a report, it gets to the status of "Converting/Saving to PDF file..." and then locks up. Then she needs to End Task or reboot to clear the screen.
Versions:
Windows 7 professional
Stand alone system
ePrint 20150919
We tried uninstalling, renaming the ePrint folder and reinstalling to no avail.
Ideas?
