We're currently working on the next upgrade for SalesCQ. It will have the common Adagio 9.2 features, including attaching other documents to emails in the queue.

Would the collection emails be sent out of SalesCQ? By Mail Merge or a different way? And I presume the invoice attachments are created by OrderEntry PDF?

Note that Adagio Receivables already has a feature to attach unpaid invoices to Customer statements, when used with Adagio ePrint. Perhaps this is also an interesting solution for your client?
