The screen I saw during the install process said it would replace NFR demo 161107 with demo 161107. I proceeded anyway and then after it was complete checked what versions I had with the chksys List Versions button. It said AP was not current, I had 1107 needed 1208. I launched AP and the help / about screen also said 1107.

I just used the AP 1208 service pack for dealers and it said it would upgrade 1107 to 1208 and chksys now says I'm current. A few of my co-workers are going to be following the same path as me from the dealer preview to the final release. I'll keep an eye out to see if it happens to them too or if I was hallucinating.
