Well, you can have the optional field and just enter the number required. You could use the pop-up calculator to pick up the price per each and divide it by 1000 and then paste the result into the field.

An Alternative would be to have anopther line specifically for the price per 1000 where the "factor" is used to divide down (or multiply up) the number. This amount would appear on the next line of the invoice.
