Thanks for confirming my throught that both the Win 98 operating system and the lack of RAM are culprits.

The client's new system will be 256 mb RAM, at least, and use XP Pro, which is the system on the machine I used to create the reports. That should eliminate the issue.

Andrew: "Yuck" overstates my feelings a bit, but I have found networking problems harder to resolve with XP Home than with Pro (an opinion shared by several network "gurus" around here). On stand-alone systems, however, it makes no difference that I have seen, and I have clients running Adagio successfully on both versions.
