From which screen(s) in Payables are you not seeing the ePrint button? Is it when you want to print a report or form? Or is it when you are looking at vendor transactions and want to see a lookup PDF of an archived vendor document?

We haven't heard of any previous reports where the button would disappear intermittently. I believe the visibility of the button is based on whether the program can identify that ePrint has been enabled in the Company Profile and also on the User Preference. Perhaps there is a temporary situation that either of these data files are not readable when the screen is opened, thus Payables cannot tell that ePrint is available. Just thinking of why the behaviour is as it is.
