Hi Rick
I have one client reporting exactly the same issue with the same version of Receivables. It was reported on March 10th and is still unresolved.
I have another client reporting a similar issue with the same version of Receivables - they get an Access Violation message as soon as Receivables DIC starts. It was reported March 22 and is still unresolved.
My two clients have special situations that Softrak thinks might be causing the problem, although I am sceptical about that. I'm hoping you have a straightforward setup and Softrak can determine what is causing this, so I can resolve the issue for my two clients.
I write this just to let you know that yours is not the first or only occurrence of this issue. Also, to let you know it is not a case of corrupted data, and that you can continue working with confidence. Receivables is one of those modules that rarely gets corrupted, and when it does, it is almost always 100% fixable by DIC without loss of data.
