But if this is to create an import file for your auditors, ask them if they use "Caseware" (which almost all accounting firms in Canada use). If so, then the easiest way to get them the information they want is to use File | Backup | Ledger data and hend them the ZIP file on a USB key (or email it to them). They can load you entire GL into Caseware from the File | Retrieve accounting data | Adagio menu choice in Caseware.
